EPI has been machining and assembling custom manifolds for forty years. Our fused, multi-layered manifolds have been in production for more than twelve years. Thousands of single- and multi-layered components are in the field. EPI continues to lead the fluidics industry with new manifolding capabilities.

What's Possible?

• There are no known overall size restrictions.
• There are no known restrictions on the number of layers.
• 0.010" square channels are the smallest that have been produced.
• Internal chambers of several cubic inches are possible.
• Long, straight holes in excess of 50:1 aspect ratios.
• Burr-free intersections.
• Diffusion bonded manifolds available in acrylic, polycarbonate, pvc, polyetherimide.
• A variety of components can be bonded into EPI multilayered manifolds, like conductive metal elements, mixing elements, heaters, films, as long as there is compatibility.
• EPI typically provides design and material assistance in open meetings with designers and engineers.
• EPI can create complete designs from fluid schematics.
• Prototypes and production are all performed at EPI.
