EPI's assembly personnel provide our customers with turn-key, ready-to-install solutions. Some assemblies are relatively simple machined plastic parts with inserts and O rings. Others are very complex, with EPI supplying valves, switches, mechanical, electro-mechanical components, and embedded substrates.
In our dedicated assembly department we utilize:

Through decades of experience, EPI has developed
highly-effective stress-relieving cycles for hundreds
of materials.
Programmable Stress Relieving
EPI has twelve programmable stress-relieving
ovens. These allow us to pre-shrink, intermediate
stress-relieve, and final anneal your parts.
These processes are important to the longevity
and dimensional stability of many plastics.
